Medical Evaluations

A Medical Physician does a complete examination of the patient in order to assess the patient’s condition. Once the evaluation is complete, the doctor can assign a diagnosis and order the appropriate diagnostic tests that will further assist in pinpointing the cause of the patient’s current condition. An individualized treatment plan will be developed which may include prescribing medications as well as referrals to medical specialists depending on the nature of the condition.
